Fiberglass high-temperature fabric bellows are flexible expansion joints made from woven fiberglass fabric, designed to absorb thermal expansion, vibration, and misalignment in high-heat industrial systems. They typically withstand temperatures from about 260°C to 1000°C, depending on coatings such as silicone, PTFE, vermiculite, or neoprene, and are commonly used in boilers, furnaces, HVAC ducting, exhaust systems, and power plants. Compared to metal bellows, they are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, cost-effective, and provide excellent vibration and thermal insulation, making them well suited for handling hot air and gas applications.
